Bay Mechanical completed work at Trader Publishing square, a multistory office building later called Dominion Tower in the heart of downtown Norfolk. The building has a 10-story parking facility underneath as well as 20 floors above ground. Bay provided and installed the mechanical (HVAC and piping) and plumbing systems for the project.
