OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY
Bay Mechanical has had the opportunity to provided Old Dominion University with plumbing and mechanical systems at several of the university’s buildings on their Norfolk campus, including the Monarch Theater/Performing Arts, the Diehn Center for the Performing Arts, and the ODU Batten Arts & Letters Building.

TIDEWATER COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Bay Mechanical has had the opportunity to provide Tidewater Community College with plumbing and HVAC for several of its locations including the school’s Norfolk, Portsmouth and Chesapeake campuses. Work completed at the Portsmouth location included three academic buildings, a central mechanical plant and a receiving facility with a total area of approximately 183,000 square feet. The academic and administrative buildings include general classrooms, laboratories, faculty and administrative offices, and related spaces.
THE COLLEGE OF WILLIAM AND MARY
Bay Mechanical worked closely with W.M. Jordan and The College of William and Mary to renovate Tyler Hall, a historical building. The project modernized the early 1900’s building with instructional and office space. Bay Mechanical provided and installed the mechanical and plumbing systems for the renovation.

EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY
East Carolina University is the second-largest university in North Carolina. Bay Mechanical provided and installed the mechanical and plumbing systems for the university’s new Science and Technology Building. The 250,000-square-foot building houses the departments of Chemistry, and Industry & Technology. The facility combines classrooms with research and teaching labs, faculty offices and administrative functions. A three-story block houses four lecture halls with a total of 750 seats, and the five-story building contains classrooms and research laboratories.

K-12 EDUCATIONAL BUILDINGS
Bay Mechanical proudly provides mechanical and plumbing systems to K-12 schools, including Cape Henry’s Science & Tech Building, Crossroads Elementary School and the new Campostella School in Norfolk. Campostella will be a K-8 STEM/Swim school for over 1,100 students. The new 171,000-square-foot facility will feature state-of-the-art science labs, lecture halls, and integrated STEM courses across the curriculum.
