EPA HEADQUARTERS
The EPA Headquarters includes buildings encompassing 1,250,000 square feet and incorporates special air handling and exhaust systems for serving air quality and other environmental test instrumentation. This includes all stainless steel ducts for the specialized exhaust systems. Bay Mechanical was the sheet metal and air distribution contractor on this highly technical facility located on an 80-acre site in Triangle, N.C. For this project, Bay Mechanical produced 1.5 million pounds of ductwork per year for the duration of the project.

HAMPTON ROADS SANITATION DISTRICT VIRGINIA INITIATIVE PLANT
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District owns and operates the Virginia Initiative Plant, which is a waste treatment plant for Hampton Roads. Bay Mechanical installed the HVAC and plumbing systems as well as the water treatment piping and fuel piping.
