Bay Mechanical was responsible for completing the mechanical contracting for the 1.1 million-square-foot, 73,382 seat Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C.The project included the stadium, training facilities, practice fields and administrative offices for the Carolina Panthers.

Mike Rodriguez, President of Operations, headed the project and completed the job in 21 months – before the expected deadline.
